Dates and Timings of Service Suspension
As per the official announcement:
- On July 17, NEFT services via Net Banking and Mobile Banking will be suspended from 12:00 AM to 2:00 AM.
- On July 20 and 21, Net Banking, Mobile Banking, and UPI services will be down between 12:00 AM and 2:00 AM.
- On July 20 and 21, payment gateway services of Kotak Mahindra Bank will also be unavailable from 12:00 AM to 3:00 AM.
These brief downtimes are aimed at routine upgrades and system checks.
What Kotak Mahindra Bank Customers Should Keep in Mind
Customers are advised to plan important transactions like bill payments, money transfers, and online shopping in advance. During the mentioned hours, UPI payments, banking logins, and other online services might not function.
