On Thursday, the benchmark indices were trading higher with Sensex up around 400 points or 0.61% at 65,833 and the Nifty-50 down around 107 points or 0.55% at 19,551. About 2,132 shares have advanced, 851 declined, and 110 are unchanged on the BSE.

The top Sensex gainers were IndusInd Bank, Larsen & Toubro Ltd, Titan Company Ltd and Bajaj FinServ whereas the top Sensex loser was only Jio Financial Services Ltd.
All the sectoral indices were trading in green with The BSE Services Index and BSE Power being the top gainers. The BSE Services Index soared 1.64%, led by GMR Airport Infrastructure Ltd and Rattan India Enterprises Ltd, while the BSE Power Index was up 1.16% led by Adani Power Ltd and Adani Energy Solutions Ltd.
The indices in the broader markets were trading higher, with the BSE Mid-cap index up 0.82% and the BSE Small-cap index up 0.68%, respectively. The top mid-cap gainers were GMR Airport Infrastructure Ltd and Adani Power Ltd while the top small-cap gainers were Paras Defence Ltd and Centum Electronics Ltd.
