Ajmera Realty Share Price Gains 4%; Records Highest Ever Sales of ₹1,431 Crore in 9M FY26

Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd has reported its highest ever sales of ₹1,431 crore for the 9-month period ending December 31, 2025. This achievement highlights the company's robust growth and successful project launches during the fiscal year. 

Ajmera Realty Q3 FY26 Performance Highlights 

In Q3 FY26, Ajmera Realty recorded a sales area of 2,62,975 sq. ft., marking a 59% increase year-on-year. The sales value reached ₹603 crore, up 123% compared to the same period last year. Collections also saw a significant rise, reaching ₹333 crore, a 99% increase year-on-year. 

The launch of Ajmera Solis at Vikhroli, Mumbai, played a pivotal role in driving these impressive figures. Phase 1 of the project witnessed 84% inventory absorption post-launch, contributing to the company's strong quarterly performance. 

Ajmera Realty 9M FY26 Sales and Collections 

For the 9-month period of FY26, Ajmera Realty reported sales of ₹1,431 crore, a 72% increase year-on-year. The sales volume reached 5,55,991 sq. ft., up 36% from the previous year. Collections for the period stood at ₹787 crore, marking a 70% increase year-on-year.
