Fractal Analytics Share Price in Focus; Incorporates New AI Subsidiary in Qatar

Fractal Analytics has incorporated a new wholly owned step-down subsidiary, FRACTAL AI QFZ LLC, in Qatar Free Zones. The new entity was incorporated on September 28, 2026, while the company received confirmation from the Qatar Free Zones Authority on October 7.  

FRACTAL AI QFZ LLC is owned by Fractal Private Limited, which is itself wholly owned by Fractal Analytics. This gives Fractal Analytics indirect 100% ownership of the new Qatar entity.  

New Entity to Focus on Software and IT Services 

The Qatar subsidiary will operate across software development, information technology consultancy, network services and IT support services. 

Its stated business objective also includes providing artificial intelligence-related services.

Subsidiary Incorporated with QAR 100,000 Capital 

FRACTAL AI QFZ LLC has been incorporated with share capital of QAR 100,000. The capital is divided into 10,000 equity shares with a face value of QAR 10 each. 

The subscription is in cash, with the entire shareholding held by Fractal Private Limited.  

Fractal Holds 100% Indirect Ownership 

Although the new entity is directly held by Fractal Private Limited, Fractal Analytics indirectly owns the entire subsidiary through its wholly owned subsidiary. 

The filing identifies FRACTAL AI QFZ LLC as a wholly owned step-down subsidiary of Fractal Analytics.

Fractal Analytics Share Price Performance  

As of 08 October 2026, at 11:03 AM, Fractal Analytics Ltd share price is trading at ₹706.85 per share, reflecting a decline of 2% from the previous trading session. 

Conclusion
