Paisalo Digital Share Price Jumps Over 2%; Proposed ₹1,000 Crore Co-Lending Partnership with LoanKhata

Paisalo Digital is looking to add another channel for lending to micro-enterprises and MSMEs through a proposed partnership with LoanKhata, as per the exchange filings. The two companies have signed an MoU for a co-lending facility of up to ₹1,000 crore.
Under the proposed arrangement, Paisalo would fund 80% of each eligible loan, while LoanKhata would contribute the remaining 20%.
Two Distribution Networks Come Together
A major part of the proposal is the reach available to both companies. Paisalo had 5,995 touchpoints as of Q1FY27, up from 1,052 in FY23. Its network includes 424 branches, 3,997 distribution points and 1,574 business correspondents across 23 states.
LoanKhata brings more than 1,00,000 retailers with CSP registration and access to over 90 million customers. The companies said this combined network is expected to help with sourcing and onboarding borrowers, particularly in semi-urban and rural markets.
₹1,000 Crore Facility Fits into 3-Year Plan
Paisalo is working towards a three-year roadmap under which it aims to double AUM, total income and PAT. The proposed co-lending facility forms part of that plan, according to the company.
Santanu Agarwal, Deputy Managing Director of Paisalo Digital, said that the company wants to expand through wider distribution while maintaining its lending discipline. He described the proposed partnership as an important part of that growth plan.
