Capri Global Capital Limited’s board of directors has notified the BSE that the following items will be considered and approved at the meeting on October 29, 2024: The company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half ended September 30, 2024, are unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results; non-convertible debts issued through private placement.

Capri Global and Credit Fair collaborated

Capri Global has teamed up with Credit Fair, a fintech company that specializes in renewable energy, to help with customer digital onboarding. Loans covering the entire cost of solar modules, inverters, batteries, and installation will be available at competitive interest rates, ranging from Rs 50,000 to Rs 25,00,000, offering a comprehensive solution for self-use solar projects.

The shares of Capri Global Capital Ltd are down 1%

Capri Global Capital Ltd.’s stock is currently down 1% at Rs. 194.89 per share, down from today’s low of Rs. 193.64 per share. Yesterday, the stock price increased by more than 3% due to the company’s announcement that it would be lending money for a rooftop solar finance product.
