A license agreement has been signed by Lemon Tree Hotels, located on Adalat Road in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. The property is anticipated to open in FY 2028 and will be managed by Carnation Hotels, a fully-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.

This hotel will have 60 luxurious rooms, a restaurant, a meeting space, a banquet hall, a swimming pool, a spa, and other public spaces. The hotel is easily reached by car as well as by public transportation thanks to its excellent road connections.

The CEO of Lemon Tree Hotels, a franchise and management company, Vilas Pawar, stated: “We are thrilled to announce our additional expansion in Maharashtra. Lemon Tree Hotels’ first quarter FY25 results

In Q1 FY25, the company’s consolidated net profit dropped 15.55% to Rs 19.81 crore from Rs 23.46 crore in Q1 FY24. In Q1 FY25, however, operating revenue increased 19.52% year over year (YoY) to Rs 268.02 crore.

The stock of Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd. share is currently trading at Rs. 117.77 per share, up 2% intraday due to the signing of a new property in Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
