Rallis India Limited has announced its financial performance for the second quarter (Q2 FY25) and the first half of the fiscal year (H1 FY25). The company reported H1 FY25 revenue of ₹1,711 crore, up from ₹1,614 crore in H1 FY24. In Q2 FY25, revenue rose significantly by 11%, reaching ₹928 crore compared to ₹832 crore in Q2 FY24.
The profit after tax (PAT) also showed a positive trend, with H1 FY25 PAT increasing slightly to ₹146 crore from ₹145 crore in H1 FY24. In Q2 FY25 alone, PAT surged by 21%, reaching ₹98 crore, up from ₹82 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.
Several key developments marked Q2 FY25 for Rallis India. The company launched new products aimed at enhancing its crop nutrition and seeds portfolio, including Aquafert Banana Grade (a water-soluble fertiliser) and Consorich N, P, K (a biofertiliser), alongside three new vegetable seed products. Additionally, Rallis successfully completed pilot-scale production of Flavocide®, a novel insecticide developed in collaboration with Bio-Gene Technology Limited, an Australian company.
To bolster its retail operations, Rallis introduced “Anubandh Edge,” a unified digital platform designed to enhance engagement with retailers across its crop care and seeds businesses.
On October 16, 2024, Rallis India share price opened at ₹348.00, showing an increase from the previous close of ₹322.50. By 10:37 AM, the share price climbed further to ₹366.70, reflecting an increase of over 13%. The stock touched its 52-week high at ₹373.70.
