Sagility India IPO, one of the upcoming IPO in India, opened for subscription today on November 5, 2024, and will close on November 7, 2024. The allotment is expected to be finalised on Friday, November 8, 2024. The IPO will be listed on both BSE and NSE, with a tentative listing date set for Tuesday, November 12, 2024.

This IPO is a book-built issue valued at ₹2,106.60 crore, consisting entirely of an offer for sale involving 70.22 crore shares.

The price band for the Sagility India IPO is set between ₹28 and ₹30 per share. Retail investors must apply for a minimum lot size of 500 shares, requiring a minimum investment of ₹15,000. Additionally, the issue reserves up to 19,00,000 shares for employees at a discount of ₹2 per share from the issue price.

The objectives of the offers are to achieve the benefits of listing the equity shares on the stock exchanges and to carry out the offer for sale of up to 702,199,262 equity shares of the face value of ₹10 each by the promoter selling shareholder.
