Aishwarya Dhar is the Senior Manager and Fund Manager – Debt at PPFAS Mutual Fund, where she oversees debt, fixed-income, and liquidity strategies across the fund house's schemes. She holds an MBA in Finance and has over eight years of experience in fixed-income markets, debt dealing, and corporate finance. Before joining PPFAS Mutual Fund in 2021 as a Debt Dealer, she worked at Tata AIA Life Insurance and ManipalCigna Health Insurance, gaining expertise in debt markets and portfolio management. Her investment approach focuses on capital preservation, liquidity management, and high-quality fixed-income instruments while maintaining low credit and duration risk. Dhar manages the Parag Parikh Liquid Fund and Parag Parikh Arbitrage Fund, while also supporting debt allocations across several diversified PPFAS mutual fund schemes.
