Arjun Nagarajan

Arjun G. Nagarajan is the Commodities Fund Manager, Chief Economist and Communications Manager – Investments at Sundaram Asset Management Company. He has over 16 years of market experience, including more than 13 years with Sundaram AMC, following an initial 3-year career in academics. Between 2018 and 2021, he participated in NITI Aayog's discussions with economists on topical issues. In January 2020, he was also part of the pre-Budget roundtable consultation with the Prime Minister of India to discuss policy measures for the Union Budget 2020–21. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, an MA in Economics and an M.Phil. in Economics from the University of Madras. He also earned an MSc in Economics and an MSc in Finance & Investment from the University of Exeter, UK.
