Divya Jain

Divya Jain is a fund manager at ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) with over nine years of experience in the financial services industry. She was appointed as Fund Manager – MF Equity at ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund with effect from August 1, 2025. Divya has been associated with ICICI Prudential AMC since 2016, beginning her career in the Compliance and Legal team before moving to the Investment Research division in 2019 as a Senior Investment Analyst. Her strong research background and experience in equity investing led to her elevation as a fund manager. Prior to joining the asset management industry, she briefly worked in the Finance-MIS function at UltraTech Cement Ltd. Divya is a Chartered Accountant (CA), has cleared CFA Level I, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree.
