Naghma Khoja

Naghma Khoja is a fixed-income investment professional who was associated with JM Financial Mutual Fund as a Fund Manager – Debt. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is both a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), reflecting a strong academic foundation in finance and investment management. Before joining JM Financial Asset Management, she worked with Karvy Capital Limited, where she gained experience in capital markets and investment research. At JM Financial Mutual Fund, Naghma managed and co-managed several debt-oriented schemes across categories such as liquid, overnight, low-duration and dynamic bond funds. Her responsibilities included analysing interest-rate trends, evaluating fixed-income securities, monitoring credit quality and supporting portfolio construction decisions. With experience spanning debt markets, treasury management and fixed-income investing, she played an important role in managing investor assets while maintaining a balance between risk control, liquidity and return generation. She ceased to be a fund manager and key personnel of the AMC with effect from August 1, 2025.
