Utsav Mehta

Utsav Mehta is an equity fund manager at PGIM India Mutual Fund and has more than a decade of experience in equity research and portfolio management. A CFA charterholder and Commerce graduate, he is known for his bottom-up stock-picking approach and focus on identifying businesses with sustainable growth prospects and strong competitive advantages. Prior to joining PGIM India, he worked with Edelweiss Asset Management, where he managed hedge fund and PMS strategies, and with Ambit Capital's award-winning research team covering industrial and infrastructure sectors. At PGIM India, he manages or co-manages key schemes including the Midcap Fund, Small Cap Fund, ELSS Tax Saver Fund, Multi Cap Fund, Healthcare Fund, Balanced Advantage Fund, and Large & Midcap Fund, making him an important member of the fund house's equity team.
