About iShares Core U.S. Value ETF

iShares Russell 3000 Value ETF, (the Fund), formerly iShares Russell 3000 Value Index Fund, is an exchange-traded fund (ETF). The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Russell 3000 Index (the Index). The Index measures the performance of the broad United States equity market. The Index includes issuers representing approximately 98% of the total market capitalization of all publicly-traded United States-domiciled equity securities. Components primarily include consumer discretionary, financial and technology companies. The Fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the Index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the Index. BlackRock Fund Advisors is the Fund’s investment adviser.
