How to Check Your Active Segments?

Step 1:  Go to the ‘Account’ Section after logging in

Step 2: Click on your initials on the top right corner

Step 3: Scroll down to the ‘Segment Subscriptions’ Section at the bottom of the page

Step 4: Here, you can see all your active and inactive segments 

How to activate a segment?

Step 1: Visit the ‘Account’ Section 

Step 2: Click on your initials in the top right corner

Step 3: Visit the ‘Segment Subscriptions’ 

Step 4: Click on ‘Activate’ and you will be redirected to the ‘Activate Segment’ Page

Step 5: Select all the segments you wish to activate 

Step 6: Click on ‘Proceed to Activate’ below

Step 7: Then, you have two options to proceed with

  1. If you have holdings in your account
  2. If you do not have holdings in your account
Option- 1 How to proceed?
1. If you have holdings in your account The request will go to Esign

 

Option- 2 How to proceed?
2. If you do not have holdings in your account Click on ‘Proceed to Activate’. You need to submit income proof.

Note: Here, you can activate by following methods:

1. Automatic method (Last 6 months’ bank statement as income proof will be fetched through CANSfinsev)

2. Manual method (You need to upload an income proof document)

Automatic method:

  1. To fetch 6 months’ bank statement enter your Bank name and mobile number registered with that bank 
  2. You will be redirected to CAMSfinserv to fetch your data
  3. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile and click on ‘Confirm’
  4. You will see a list of bank accounts linked to the given mobile number
  5. Click on the checkbox and ‘Provide consent’
  6. You will be required to do the Esign to submit the request. Use the Aadhar card registered in your name for the Esign. 
  7. You will see pop up of segment activation requests with the application number
Manual method:

  1. Select the document type from the drop-down
  2. Select document type and ‘upload document’ 
  3. Enter ‘Submit’
  4. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number and ‘Authorize’” with “Esign will be required”
  5. You will see pop up of segment activation requests with application number

You will receive an SMS and an email acknowledging the activation request. Please note that segment activation will take approximately 2 working days to complete.

How to deactivate a segment?

We currently do not have an online option to deactivate segments. However, you can deactivate a segment by writing to us at support@angelone.in
