Step 1: Go to the ‘Account’ Section after logging in
Step 2: Click on the profile icon on the top right corner of the accounts page
Step 3: Click on the Phone number you wish to update
Step 4: Click on the pencil sign (edit button) on the “Update mobile number/email id” screen
Step 5: Fields to enter new mobile number will appear
Step 6: Enter your new mobile number and confirm the same
Step 7: Click “Submit” at the bottom
Step 8: Enter the OTP sent on your new mobile number/email ID and click on “Authorize”
Step 9: You will be redirected to the digital signature- Enter your VID or Aadhaar Number
Step 10: Authenticate the same by entering the OTP sent to the mobile number linked to your Aadhaar
Step 11: The modification request confirmation screen will appear along with an ‘Application Number’. Please note that mobile number modification will take approximately 2 -3 working days to complete.
